Prayer for Missing Someone you Love

Father, in the name of Jesus,

Today, I’m praying to you with a heavy heart of missing someone I adore. I know you understand the agony of separation and missing someone we adore.

Please console me and soothe my pain. Please help me find peace in the memories of our moments together, and give me the strength to persevere until we reunite.

Please help me to keep faith and hope amid this challenging situation by guiding my thoughts and deeds. Remind me that you are always there for me and that your love never fails, even when I feel down.

I appreciate your being in my life and giving me the gift of the person I’m missing. Wherever they are, may they be secure, and may we soon be reunited.

Amen.
