And it came to pass bible verse? This phrase is used in the bible to convey something happening in history. This phrase appears in the book of Isaiah, chapter 11 which tells us that God’s anointed, Cyrus, will bring back what was taken long ago by the Babylonian Empire. Isaiah chapter 46 also uses this phrase and this one conveys redemption of Israel’s exile by Cyrus.

Prophecy is a prediction of what will happen in the future. The Bible says God’s word is yes and amen. and that by two immutable truths it’s therefore impossible for God to lie. When God says it, it comes to pass. When Abraham and his wife Sarai were promised a promise- child. Sarai(Sarah) laughed! She couldn’t really comprehend. However, the Word of God came to pass at the set time.

And It Came to Pass Bible Verse.

Is God ever late or too early? God is the right time. he has the world in His hands. It arrived at the scheduled time. the finish line of time. time in its whole. the complete fulfillment of God’s promise.

Matthew 1: 22 ESV

Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,-

Matthew 1: 22 ESV

Matthew 1: 22 ESV

Matthew, a follower of Christ encrypts the Isaiah prophesy, theological amazement that Jesus is God, and the miraculous birth of Jesus. However, this prophecy also held true for an even more incredible catastrophe that would occur some 700 years in the future. Specifically, that the Holy Spirit would be conceived by a virgin, and that Immanuel would take place—that is, God would manifest Himself as a man, Jesus, the Messiah, and live among mankind. In a dream, an angel of the Lord has just informed Joseph that Mary, his future wife, is carrying a child through the Holy Spirit and not another man.

Luke 1:58-59 MSG

When Elizabeth was full-term in her pregnancy, she gave birth to a son. Her neighbors and relatives, seeing that God had overwhelmed her with mercy, celebrated with her.-

Luke 1:58-59 MSG

Luke 1:58-59 MSG

The words quoted (“I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way — a voice of one calling in the wilderness, “Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.”) are actually a synthesis of passages from Isaiah, Malachi, and the Book of Exodus, despite the Gospel of Mark’s suggestion that John the Baptist’s arrival is the fulfillment of a prophecy from the Book of Isaiah. When an angel reported the birth of a son in his advanced years, Zechariah, John’s father, was on duty in the Temple. Zechariah was rendered speechless and hesitant to believe. And when the appointed time came, it came to pass. John the Baptist was born.

2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV

For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.-

2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV

2 Corinthians 1:20 KJV

In Christ, God fulfills all of His promises, but He does not do it in accordance with our own preferences. God keeps all of His promises in Christ, but He does not do it in the way we would like. Do not believe that I have come to revoke the Prophets or the Law; rather, I have come to fulfill them. The Law and the Prophets’ “Yes” have been fulfilled in Jesus. Do not believe that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets; rather, I have come to complete them.
