One of the nicest Bible verses I found was, “Don’t limit yourself Bible verse.” It deals with self-limiting belief systems and methods for getting through them. If you’re not going to go all out, don’t go at all, according to a proverb.

Don’t limit yourself bible verse

Limits are a point or thresholds beyond which something cannot go.

Limits are established to safeguard, impede, or restrict something or someone.

We’ve all encountered restrictions at some point in our lives. There is always a time in our lives when we feel as though a wall is holding us back and nothing we do is moving us forward.

This restriction might exist in our marriages, professions, nations, communities, or overall way of life.

You may think there is a large brick wall separating you from your partner, which limits your romance and other interactions.

However, there is another type of limitation—the kind we place on ourselves.

Judges 6:15 NIV

Pardon me, my Lord, Gideon replied, but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.

Judges 6:15 NIV

Gideon set boundaries for his actions as well as those of his clan and family.

He believed that his family was limited by what they were previously and this limited him and everything else.

When life restricts us, we take this as a message to limit ourselves significantly automatically.
So many of us tend to place restrictions on how far we can go or what we can do.
But God works in such ways, encouraging Gideon.

The Bible doesn’t contain a scripture that specifically says “don’t limit yourself,” but other chapters do instruct us not to do so through anecdotes.

Do not limit God’s scriptures.

Putting a cap on God is equivalent to declaring that there is an end to numbers, which we all know have an in your amount of possibilities.

The idea that God is boundless is supported by several biblical passages.
Beginning with Genesis and ending with Malachi, the entire Bible shows us the unadulterated power and active miracles of God.

From establishing the globe to making man and woman, from flooding the entire planet to letting manna rain from the sky, some have been given the ability to do many human signs and miracles. and plenty more!

Then, from Matthew to Revelation, he continues to demonstrate his unstoppable dominance and might.

He is still infinite today.
He is unchanged from the past through the present and into the future.

Matthew 19:26

But Jesus looked at them and said, With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.

Matthew 19:26

You can read about Jesus’ life and the sacrifice He made for us in the book of Matthew. So Jesus had a task to complete on earth; he was the son that the father (God) sent to save us.
There is no such thing as an impossibility for God, as Jesus said in this particular scripture.
In the Bible, we are told that nothing is insurmountable. Both the sick and the dead recovered from their illnesses.
God, on the other hand, is infinite.

Ephesians 3:20

Now to him who can do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.

Ephesians 3:20

God is infinite because he can accomplish things beyond what we can even contemplate.

His strategies and methods are different from ours.

Take the limits off bible verse

Remove the restrictions on that relationship, that chance, and that circumstance.

The limitation is not an option for Christians because we are called to greatness, dependability, and understanding.

Limits can have very unfavorable energy if you’ve generated it in your head or your environment.
So consider this a gentle reminder to get rid of it.
When you leave a small scenario that you have adjusted so precisely to be comfortable for you, it is always frightening at first.

Judges 6:12‭, ‬15 ESV

And the angel of the Lord appeared to him and said to him, “The Lord is with you, O mighty man of valor.” And he said to him, “Please, Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.”

Judges 6:12‭, ‬15 ESV

The biblical Gideon was content with the insignificance and smallness of himself, his family, and his clan.
However, the Angel of God described him as a strong man of courage.
indicating that God acknowledged him.

What the bible says about limiting yourself

There are chapters in the bible that tell us of people who broke free of limitations, but as I mentioned earlier, there are no verses that specifically say “don’t limit yourself.” Limitations are not a hallmark of a Christian.
Although it can be frightening. knowing who you are in God, reading your bible, and reflecting on the scriptures can help you go far beyond your limitations.

We occasionally struggle with thoughts of limitation, so we look for a way to either get our minds off the problem or find a solution.
And the word is the answer to restriction, and we are confident that Jesus is that word.

Jesus refused to be constrained by his circumstances when he was on earth. His work in healing and education amply demonstrates his resolve to save and aid. His remarks suggest that he was constantly aware of God’s rule and that their bond remained unbroken. All illnesses and disorders were cured by him. He fed and uplifted people. A woman who had a blood problem for 12 years was healed by him. His entire body of work demonstrated the potential of limitless creation.

Do not take what is not yours bible verse

Exodus 20:15 NLT

You must not steal.

Exodus 20:15 NLT

Following Moses’ rescue of the Israelites from the pharaoh’s hand as they left Egypt,
The 10 commandments, which include the eighth commandment “do not steal,” were revealed to them in Exodus 20.

To steal is to take anything without permission that is not yours.

People mistakenly believe that coveting and theft are the same things.
To covet something means to yearn, long for, or crave it, particularly another person’s possessions.
We’re talking about avoiding appropriating property that is not yours.

Joshua 7:1 NLT

But Israel violated the instructions about the things set apart for the Lord. A man named Achan had stolen some of these dedicated things, so the Lord was very angry with the Israelites. Achan was the son of Carmi, a descendant of Zimri son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah.

Joshua 7:1 NLT

Unaware of the numerous risks involved in taking something that is not theirs, people steal in a variety of ways.
Our passage tells us of a man named Achan who stole something that wasn’t his, and as a result, Israel suffered greatly.

Theft happens. You are a thief if you receive stolen property because you mentally accepted it into your possession after it was given to you. If you receive something that is not yours, you are a thief as well.

What does the bible say about no limits?

We didn’t notice any limitations from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation since the Bible makes clear that God is supreme. God didn’t control or put any restrictions on his magnificence.

We were in awe of this magnificent miracle when Jesus suddenly multiplied the loaves and fish and fed hundreds.

God is unbounded. All-knowing, all-powerful, and all-capable describe God. The capabilities of God are limitless. He is unbounded. We daily examine a few biblical promises that will enable you to receive the limitless blessings of God.

The whole of the Bible may demonstrate how limitless God is.
