The sunrise Bible verse is the ideal representation of God’s action in the world. When the Bible was written, people believed that the sky was a barrier that no man could cross. The sun rises and sets every day in a different location, and this belief also originated when dawn was particularly bright.

Sunrise bible verse

Sunrise is our chance to begin again with God, to be present in the moment of today with faith, to let go of yesterday and surrender our fears to the night to God with trust that he will handle it.

Many individuals were inspired to have hope and faith by the sun’s emergence each morning in the east. The sunrise is the subject of another urban legend that goes around the globe.

Habakkuk 3:4

His coming is as brilliant as the sunrise. Rays of light flash from his hands, where his awesome power is hidden

Habakkuk 3:4(NLT)

His brightness was as the light; brightness appeareth like light, The sunlight is meant, as Job 31:26Job 37:21Isaiah 18:4He had horns coming out of his hand;i.e. rays of light on either side. The comparison of the first rays of light to the horns of the gazelle, according to Keil, is common in Arabic poetry (comp. Exodus 34:29, 30).

In the original passage, Deuteronomy 33:2, we read, “At his right hand was a fiery Law unto them” – a reference to the two tables of stone, perhaps resplendent with light.

The “hand” in our text is a general expression, and is not to be taken with any special reference to lightning launched by the hand (which is not a scriptural expression), nor to works effected by God’s agency, but simply as signifying that the light of his presence streamed forth from both sides, i.e. everywhere.

There was the hiding of his power. There, in that ineffable light, was the hiding place of his majesty. He clothes himself with light as with a garment (Psalm 104:2), and the splendor is the mantle of that presence which the eye of man cannot behold.

Psalm 5:3

In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly

Psalm 5:3(NIV)

David adds in Psalm 5:3 that he not only prays but also watches. He was consistent and expectant watching for an answer to his prayer, this symbolized a guard on a watch-tower diligently watching for whoever was approaching.

This is the posture of every believer, not just to pray but watch for the answer and watch deliberately with great confidence that the answer will come.

Psalm 118:24

The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad

Psalm 118:24(NIV)

Each day is a rich and precious gift from God, with new grace and new opportunities. Jesus says that we have only this one day, and we must not be anxious for the day tomorrow. Even though it has gone bad before, it can be completely new and glorious today.

If there is something that bothers our conscience from the past, we have abundant grace and power to bring it into order today.

Matthew 5:16

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven

Matthew 5:16(NIV)

It matters so much that we do the good works God gives us to do. Otherwise, we will stop being useful as salt and light. If we are a good example, if we “let our light shine,” then when other people see our good examples,  they will know that we love our Heavenly Father and they, too, will want to honor Him.

Luke 1:78

Because of God’s tender mercy, the morning light from heaven is about to break upon us

Luke 1:78(NLT)

It was through God’s grace and love that the Light of salvation, which had been promised in the garden of Eden so long ago, was ready to pierce the deep darkness of the world, for it was through the tender mercy of our same gracious God that the Light of His salvation was finally dawning.

Spiritual darkness had been the sorry state of man for many centuries, but at last, the people who were walking in darkness were to see a great Light, and on those living in the land of the shadow of death, the radiance of God was at last dawning.

And so Zacharias announced: “Because of the tender mercy of our God, His Light from on high has visited us – to shine its light on all those who live in deep darkness and in the shadow of death, and to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

Psalm 88:13

But to You I have cried out, O LORD, And in the morning my prayer comes before You

Isaiah 51:11

So the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away

Isaiah 51:11(NKJV)

God reminds his people in tribulation that he is faithful to his promise. The Christian may justly say, “I can trust him in my present condition, and I can trust him for the time to come.” Because the Lord is God, and my God, I can rejoice in tribulation.

Psalm 34:5

Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces

Psalm 34:5(NLT)

Those who seek the Lord in prayer are described as “radiant.” The root word in Hebrew is nahar, which indicates cheerfulness; another possible English translation is “beaming.” The same word is found in Isaiah 60:5, used to describe Israel’s joy at seeing her sons and daughters returning to the homeland.

There is no reason to be downcast if we look to the Lord in prayer. In Psalm 42:3 the psalmist describes his depression. He says, “My tears have been my food day and night,” and he describes his soul as “cast down” (Psalm 42:5, 6, 11), but then he decides to talk to God and place his hope in Him. The result is praise instead of pity (Psalm 42:11).

Matthew 13:43(NLT)

Jesus has given His disciples a detailed explanation of the meaning of the parable of the wheat and the weeds (Matthew 13:36). He is the sower of the field, which is the entire world.

He has sown into His field good wheat seeds, which are the sons of the kingdom of heaven. The devil has come in the night and sown into the field weeds, which represent those who belong to him.

When the harvest comes, Jesus has said, He will send His angels into the world to gather up all those who belong to the evil one, the lawbreakers, and anything that causes sin. They will be thrown into the fiery furnace, hell, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth in agony

All the plans of God for our life is that we never allow situation, pressure and life-threatening issues way us down, that is why He commanded us to arise.
