Education, Memberships, Licenses, and Certificates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Canadian work authorization
- Construction trade certification (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety.
