Did you know that there are two kinds of Au Pairs?

One is already in Canada on a study permit, while the other is on his way to work and get international experience. Here are some differences between the two types:

The timeline for the two types of au pairs is as follows:

  • For candidates residing abroad (Full-time au pairs)

It takes around 100 to 120 days for a foreign candidate to arrive in Canada. This timeline includes searching and selecting the candidates, filing legal documents, and waiting for the decision on the application by the Canadian government.

  • For Foreign candidates already in Canada (Part-time au pairs)

Hiring a local Au Pair takes about 30 days, the most of which is spent searching for and selecting the ideal applicant.
Note: The closer the Family resides to the student au pair’s facilities, the more likely they will discover a large number of prospects. If we don’t discover any, you don’t have to pay.
